This is not a full build log, but some of the process documented. Hopefully it will be helpful to a few folks.

Pic 1+2 Used magnets to hold 0.020 carbon rods together against 1/32" aluminum sheet to make spar straight for gluing.

Pic 3, I laminated two sheets together for ribs, wood form was waxed. Profile glued on then cut/sanded to shape. Wood soaked, then thinned titebond used to glue together. Tool next to it is ply with razor blade cutter set at 0.050" to slice ribs to size.

Pic 4/5/6 - Measure film size. Attaching to jig, then tip plates in box for Super77 dusting.

Only two more
Pic 13 Jigging up tip plates for stab
Pic 14 Entire jigging setup for the plane. Essentially done at this point minus removing tip plate excess.

I'd post some in flight, but they turned out horrible. I'll bring my dSLR next time.
