John McGrath, the owner of lasercutplanes.com, just so happens to be my physics teacher... Great guy and makes nice kits. The Osprey was my first attempt at a Science Olympiad plane and it's quite a nice starter aircraft. For some reason it likes to fly on a really short motor (About 1.6g of .094 Tan Super Sport), but it still performs and a well-built, well-trimmed one should be able to push 2 minutes in a standard high school gym.

Cool have you built/flown his double wing? I seen a video of it and looked nice and slow.
