I received this prototype kit from Howard last month and finally got around to building it tonight.  Also I had a flood at my house and this kit did get wet but I was able to dry everything out with no issues.  The build is simple, Howard does a great job of making this build so anyone can build it.  I am building it per the plans and using plain old Elmers glue. Howard includes balsa jigs to keep everything nice and straight.

So far the build has been going well, nice design and goes together fast with the laser cutting.  I am now ready for the covering and going with Esaki blue, the kit comes with printed tissue decals, but the ink does not hold up well to dope.  This is a pretty lite build so I am going to pre shrink the tissue before applying it.

I have the Esaki tissue applied and she is doped and drying.  I preshrunk the tissue on a picture frame then applied it to the model with 50/50 Elmers glue. I brushed on Sig Lite Cote and the parts will need to be pinned down for a few days.

Here she is all done, must say this was a fun easy kit.  I really like the fact that Howard has added a Bostonian to the list of kits avail to builders.  The parts are excellent quality and I will post a flight report once I get a chance to fly.

Scigs, I am not familiar with Howard please enlighten. I really like what I see, and another stimulating build on your part. You also have a great knack for keeping your build sequences short and simple. I run out of gas after 5 pages of tedium.
