I built 2 Tick gliders (8" span). On one I never got it trimmed right after many tries.  The other I offered up to the thermal gods on only its third flight. The offer was accepted. I also enlarged the Tick to a 10 ' span. I named this one GRAPE or full tick.  If you haven't heard the grape story let me know.

The grape story. Little Johnny had been playing in the back yard. His mother called him for dinner. When he arrived his mouth was bloody. His mother exclaimed, "What have you been eating?" Johnny answered, "Grapes." "Where did you get grapes?" "Off the puppy."

I built a Tick glider couple days ago, still trying to get it trimmed the way I think it should fly. As soon as it flys ok I'm going to give it to the kid next door. Richard
