What kind of dope did you order?  Remember if it is high shrink I have an oil that I can ship that will make it low shrink.  You might want to build some frames like tail surfaces and try the dope out first.

There is no difference between model and full scale dope.  The full scale may be thicker and require more thinner for model use.  I know that there are 2 types Nitrate and Butyrate.  The nitrate is much more user friendly but not fuel proof to nitro or methanol.  It is also less flammable but not a care about for us.  Both of those dope's are available, over here at least, as tightening and nontightening.  When you get the material try to find out what kind you have and tell us.  As I said above I have some oil that can be used to make taughtening less so and since it is not flammable I can ship you some.  You use something like 10 to 12 drops per ounce, and I have plenty.

Nitrocelulosicas probably means it is nitrate dope.  Plastificantes probably means plasticizers are added which is usually good.

If what you say is right Marcelo may be getting low shrink nitrate which will be good for everything except the powered models.  Hope this is so.

I just remembered that you said that you would be getting UHU hart!  That is one of the best of the acetone based ones.  I got several large tubes years ago and really liked it but the postage coupled with the price made it to expensive for me.  That was when I came up with my mix of Duco, Ambroid,527 and Sig.  I am sure you will like the Hart.  I remember that it was thick so you may want to try some acetone to thin it some.  I never go past 20% acetone with my mix.

Right on correct about the UHU Hart!  Out of the tube is OK for large(r) models, but for most gummibanders, thinning up to 50% with acetone is the way to go.  It is also VERY fast drying!

Marcelo, I'm still waiting for some promised receivers to get to me before I send the radio.
