Hello,

I am nearing completion of a Peck Polymers Bostonian 'Pup.' This has been a fun build. I built it using medium CA applied with a pin, but should have used Sig Bond and I may have saved a bit of weight and had less fragile joints.

I covered it in SIG Japanese tissue from the LHS. I like blue and yellow.

It is sitting at 17.1g AUW. I still need to dope it, though. I'mean not sure where that sits in the Bostonian weight range.

There are a few wrinkles on the wing top surface I can't seem to shrink out. I'll do better with the next one, starting soon (see pic for the clue).

Thanks for reading,

Looks great. I'm finishing a Peck Pup myself soon.

I used thinned Duco and will cover it with the included tissue.

I also hinged the rudder and stab with stripped twist ties to make adjusting it easier.

Hey, thanks folks.

It'll be flying this coming week, wrinkles and all.
Br549, the twist tie wires are a great idea!

All done!

I tried the Krylon Clear method.
AUW ended up at 17.8 g. Test glides are straight !

I am starting on a Prairie Bird, and will be making efforts to reduce weight on that one
