As subject.  It went off the air about the same time as HPA, it's not back yet.  It was a useful alternative way of maintaining contact while Bruce was sorting out the various issues with HPA.

I do.
I am attempting to raise it up. There are a few small technical issues but we are close.

Bruce,
My sincere thanks for all that you do for both here at HPA and with S&T.

Hi Sky,
My pleasure, I am happy to make these things go. I am not only picking up the pieces of HIP but also Stick... So I work on it every day to a degree.

Thank you Bruce - presumably you rarely sleep?  Or have you found the secret of a 48 hour day?  If so please share.

I have no life.  Cool
grin

I work at the day job,,, airplanes, and then work at the hobby job, and then sleep, shop with Mrs. Then do it all again. I am currently at my day job overseeing those activities, and on the side doing my hobby job... (not really a job) and then that is how the days go by. A bad day in aviation is better than a good day at the day job, or the golf course... Dave (Ratz) left me with a very hefty learning curve.

Cheers

I suppose they are both similar. Wink A propellor strike on a grassy field leaves divots, too. Cheesy

Hang in there. All of us appreciate you being able to re-activate the forum when it totally crashed.

IMO, would not surprise me that an index pointer got corrupted, and the software code tried to obtain data in a non-existent location. Just too bad that the software didn't have an error trap set up where it would at least recover on that bad record instead of bringing the house down. This could be the reason why when you attempted to restore the old database, that it went berzerk again.
