Title: 1/2A Li'l Wizard by Carl Goldberg
Post by: duck.co.za on August 27, 2014, 02:06:15 PM
This is what I found from my youth . Must be late seventies or early eighties . I would like to try and get my two sons to build one each !! I have found some Cox .049 motor . But what I don't have is a plan , which is not essential but would be nice to have . I don't seem to find it in the plan list . Is their someone who could help me ?

Some progress  :D
As you can see from the pics the first one is coming on and I am about halfway through making all the pieces of the second . My youngest son seems more keen , especially when I fired up a 049TD . We will use std baby bees on the Wizards first .
I still haven't manged to find a decent copy of the plans , which would be nice not from a sizes point of view , but more for the little details . I manged to find tracing off the net for the rudder and elevator . Which were sizes I didn't have anymore !!
