is there any tutorial or guide books on sports "chuck glider/HLG"?....
(not technically a plane) ...

I wrote an article some years ago regarding trimming and flying a hlg.  It was on the SFA web site - however, its out there for all to use.  I have posted it to the forum for your assistance.
Hope it helps you in some way.
