Hi I was wondering what the weight limit is for free flight models powered by Cox .020 engines is in grams and ounces? Please include the weight of the engine in the total model weight. Thanks, Mike

There is no weight limit for 1\4A FF models but a good wt. for one is about 3 1\2 oz.

Hi Bruce, Thanks for the response. When I mentioned weight limit, I meant the weight of a model a Cox .020 could fly in general. I wasn't looking for a weight limit for a contest, but I appreciate your input. Mike

With high aspect ratio wings, low wing loadings, and a high tolerance for a slow climb, you should be able to go over half a pound.

Unless, of course, you want good performance.
