The gold prop driver pullks forward from its spline

The silver collet is unscrewed using the Cox .09 tool

The black plastic housing can then be removed.

What's wrong with it - a crack in the venturi housing?

Fernando,

It is stuck on with hardened oil.  Apply gentle heat, be careful not to overheat and melt the piece.  If you get a new one, disregard the above and heat it all you want.  From the picture, it is obvious that you have removed all that is holding it on.

They have been repaired in place with strong fishing chord soaked with epoxy.

It is much better to replace it though.

It will move alright with a bit of force.   It's good for nothing now, so give it heaps.

Did you see the new one I found for you?  eBay 260979652744.   I bet that one wont get broken.
