I got the P-39 kit built. I changed my mind regarding the paint scheme and just did plain so I could used the kit stickers. It came out at 87g of which 15g is noseweight. Not flown yet.

I have booked ferries and hotels so that I can attend the May 7th/8th model flying weekend at Old Warden (Bedfordshire, England) and intend to take my whip control models with me. I started attending the events back in the early 70's when I lived in the UK and never saw anyone flying whip control, so it should be fun.

I flew the Cessna 172 for the first time. It needs a bit of tweaking, but that's part of the fun. I think.
