Further progress from the weekend on the DR1. I just need to add the prop and rubber motor, and then some machine guns.

DR1 completed. Machine guns made from straws and balsa. I get to keep her to the end of April, and then she goes on display for the raffle in July.

Nice model. I read an article on Megows in an old mag - and yours is a really nice example of the simple style capturing the character.
