Hi
First thank you all for your comments, and to answer Pat. It is a  Aviomodelli Storch  semi-scale kit which you if you like you can have a look at my posts on the build in the Scale Forum.

Hi,

I am afraid that there will not be any more photos of the Storch for a while, things went wrong the other day trying to land cross wind which ended up with a big repair needing to be carried out  over the winter. I will get back I hope some time in 2014.

Just a note to let you know that I have repaired my Storch and that I flew and re-trimmed her last Thursday. It was great to get her back in the air as I was not really going to repair her this time. The only thing that needs doing is a new cowl, (it was beyond repair this time) The price for a new one is over £30 which I find a little high, so I am going to try and make one from scratch.  Next time I fly her I will try to get some photos, plus I will post some photos of the repair I carried out and now I get on with the cowl.

 Hi Hudson26

Thank you for your comments. Your post also reminded me that I had not posted any photos of the repair. I have had a busy year and I haven’t done a lot of flying so I do not have any new photos of the Storch in flight.

Anyway here are the photos of the repair I carried out to the wing. As for the cowl it is nearly finished, just a bit more glass to apply and then painting.

Hopefully this will be my last repair!!
