It is sort of a hand launch glider with crew members pushing it off the deck. In case you have not seen the headlines a distance record was broken in the wacky Red Bull Flutag event of 258 feet. It got me thinking about the Simple Glider Curriculum created by Gary Hinze and how the data could be used in his lesson.
