Hi,

I need help with this engine.

the engine cuts off after quarter lap into take off.

kindly advice or point me towards any resource which can help me tune the engine would be a great help.

Try to richen it a few clicks on the needle, maybe the venturis hole is to wide then it needs pressure from the muffler or a bladder.

Where is the tank located in relation to the venturi?

Too far outboard will lean out in the air.

Also as noted, too large a venturi will do same.

I guess it's a converted car engine, what size venturi have you fitted? Fuel?

What plane is it in? Can you show a pic?

 Nova Rossi =  A racing engine ...

Now has the engine been ?  ?   ?  and > ?

Ok , you havent told us anything :

Model , fuel system , etc

Combat model on bladder system
Goodyear racer on ?   Suction , crankcase pressure ?

Fill system ? 

Shut off ? 

A picture would tell us soooo much .. ( lots of pictures )
