From INAV #107, p.24, the plan data shows stab outline height .027", but rib height .030".  Is that a print mistake? Considering that rib thickness is only .008", i will make height less, and thickness more.  But anyone know why it's  shown that way?

Since it's a single surface wing, you're not constrained to make things match. I've done this many times and it works well for getting ribs that don't buckle under flight load.
