I restarted a long stalled project of mine with the focus on P30. One goal is to maintain a current list of the available P30 kits.  I redid my old list and removed several kits like the Peck One Night 28. I'm sure I'm missing some of the current ones and would like help nailing them down.  Here is the current list:

Sorry about the formatting.  It looks great in my word document!

The Square Eagle is again available from PAL Model products.

I'm not sure what level of plans you are looking for...
All the planes in the FFQ P-30 issues likely have plans--there were mini plans in the issues.  There were also full size plans for Kamla's Marie and another plane I can't think of right now.
Don DeLoach asked me for plans and article for the TitanK2 for inclusion in the NFFS Digest.  I'll get those drawn up by the end of the year.
There are likely other P30 plans that were in the Digest in years past.  I don't know if these plans are available from NFFS or if there are some P30 plans available from AMA.

Bill, do you have contact or website info for PAL Models? I found a website but didn't find any active links or info.

As to P30 plans there are tons! Quite a few are available on the NFFS site. At some point I would like to make a list but that it on the "get around to it" list. Cant wait to see the TitanK2 in the Free Flight Digest!

DerekMc,

The PAL Models website has been inactive for the past couple of years and the posted message "We are busy building motors and cutting kits. Will be open soon." has not changed in all this time.

I was at a contest this past weekend and flew with the original owner of Blue Ridge Models and we talked about the availability of the Blue Ridge line of kits. He said that when he sold Blue Ridge a number of finished kits and stocks of cut out parts for kits were included in the sale. Pure conjecture but, it could be that when this stock pile was sold by PAL nothing new was manufactured as replacements.

It is a fact that no new PAL Blue Ridge kits are available at this time. I used the Blue Ridge Dart and Blue Ridge Special in my Cub/Boy Scouts model building classes and the last order I was able to get filled from PAL was December 2012.

To the best of my knowledge, the Blue Ridge line (including the Square Eagle, Special and Dart) are NO LONGER AVAILABLE.  I talked to Bobby Langelius a the AMA FF Nats in July/August about this very subject.  He said that they (PAL) are concentrating on engines and are not producing the Blue Ridge line, and - AFAIK - they are also not looking to sell the line.  Of course, things may have changed in the months since, but I doubt it.

Not to be critical, but that makes absolutely no sense to me. Why would they not be interested in producing the kits and simultaneously not be interested in selling the rights to them?

Maybe because Bobby and Dave - both good guys - have intentions of resuming kit production at a later date ?
