Hi Rich,
I noted your query about set-up.
I will have to put the models together and measure them again, because I seem to have lost my notes on the subject.

Are you putting VIT on your model, Rich?

John

No, at least not initially. Auto-Rudder only. I'm thinking that I will be able to get away without the VIT, as my electric set-up will not be anywhere near the power to weight ratio that Mr. French had on the original (or any of the replicas built since) I am able to get really good performance from my Pimenoff #18 with just AR.

You might consider moving the CG aft a little then Rich. Both my Super Tigre powered NTs have a little over 3/16" (say about 5mm) movement of the trailing edge of the tail from power to glide.
I'll be able to do the full set-up measure early next week, although I do know I have the CG set just about per plan on both of them.
