Can anyone give me an idea for propellors to use on a GM120, or what size if I have to get whittling?

Nothing to hand to check .... I have completely forgotten the size, but about 6" to 7"?!

If you are going to whittle. I liked this (purchased) prop ... worked well on my Pietenpol.

Bill-opening a NIB example, the stock GM120 prop is 7" diameter. I would expect that it is nominally a 'square' prop so something like a 7x6 or 7x7.......you may find Hobby club can mert your requirements:
