Came across this timer at a swap meet. I realize it's maybe a bit behind current technology these days, but light and nicely made. Thought I might put it to use in a sport towline glider as a DT timer. Was told it might be a particular maker, but confirmed that was not correct. Under the start button there is just enough of text visible on the PCB that I think it says "...nction" and "...imer".

Looking for any instructions if anyone does recognize it. With six DIP switches, I'm just through the first 1000 possibilities! (does seem to function in general - resets position with power and after a minute tracks to opposite throw).

I think it could be a Z-Tron timer from BSD Micro RC. He did one for CL and one for FF but they look very similar.
He is now basically out of business but the instructions can still be downloaded from bsdmicrorc.com

It is the Z-Tron and looks like the FF version. I have 3 or 4 somewhere but they have been overtaken by more modern versions - but they still work OK!

Awesome folks. Really appreciate the help. Have the manual and will now try to control all manner of model functions!

BSD seems to be down and the webpage does not work.
I can send a scan of the notice by mail.

Good luck.

Thanks for the offer Didier. Fortunately I was able to locate the PDF's of the manuals for the timers in the BSD support pages (apparently before they disappeared!). I have what I need now. - Carl
