The R/M 1000 looks like a great model and the K&B .61 works well, I bet it takes a large car to transport it . do you think it will fly the stunt pattern?

Is this an enlarged version of the original Ringmaster? It looks really nice in the air. I've got a 25 year old one in my closet waiting for an electric conversion and a new covering job.

1000 Sq In Ringmaster? In 1965, at Chanute AFB, I watched Captain Reid Simpson fly a standard kit built Ringmaster with a Super Cyclone ignition 60 sized engine.
Of course, there is a power difference between an older .60 gasoline ignition engine and even the K&B .61 glow engine.

Magnificent! Beautiful build. BTW, Dan Banjock did a 2X Ringmaster (1600 sq. in.) powered by an OS 1.05, but that one was silly/ridiculous/obscene. Yours, by contrast, proves to be an excellent flyer, and you don't need to be staked to the ground.
