The Nats really lost it for me when the hangar went. And the bar therein...

Been caff racer all my life, till sciatica and arthritis took its toll.
Need high, wide and handsome bars on the bike these days and less than 100 miles between caff stops.

Old age is a club you don't want to join as a pal of mine used to say.
The enforced model building is light relief from all the crap flying about recently.

Still, mot's due on the bikes next week and its a brilliant way to relax, get thrills, fresh air and self isolate all at the same time.
Can build when its dark outside.  Grin

Totally agree John, though I do find some time to build in the daylight too.

I found the bike to be relaxing, great fun and virus free ( well hopefully ) all at the same time. I’ve had one day working at home and I miss it already  Cry

I've already done the sign for my lad's outdoor recreation area ... ours to do.
Let's hope we get another summer like '76 where I built a (very warped!) Garricoupe ... won't dope in direct sunlight this time!
