I'm building the Frog Raven and thought I'd use one of those hardwood "buttons" used for covering screw heads in carpentry for a prop button.  As a removable insert, it has enough width to allow easy access to the motor hook and enough thickness to allow an Aluminum tube to be glued in for shaft support.  I thought it would be easier to keep in place at the end of the motor run than a fully removable nose block.  Any issues anyone is aware of that I'm overlooking?

Yeah, my issue is why I never thought of it.

Seems like a great idea.
