This was a joy to build and came out so clean and straight. I haven't flown it yet but the weather and the wind here has been less than cooperative. Using a 12 stand 1/8 braiden motor and folding Superior prop.

I found this at my LHS for 16 bucks. Could not resist.

Very nice - classic trim. You've done this before Smiley as shown by the models in the background.

Thank you and yes I have although it has mostly been RC over the past 39 years but with all the changes in RC and the lack of building and foam airplanes I'm enjoying this more. True model airplane building. And it's a challenge.

I hope you want to attend the WESTFAC contest in October in Arizona.

I do but it all depends on the work I have at my studio. If I'm free for that event I would love to be there in the alfalfa fields. Wink

Looks great!

I built one back in the 90's and used a similar prop and a braided motor.  I was and am still a novice to rubber ff, but it flew very nicely. I got some fun flights without too much adjustment and fiddling, right circles, nice climb, also right circles in the glide.

I think I got the prop from the now defunct Hobby Supply South.  Do you know the source for the prop on yours?

Happy flying!
