If a Neo-Dimer appears in this forum as a plan, does it qualify as a dimer in FAC?

Any new Dimers plans are governed by this:  "Pseudo Dime plans must appear in a recognized publication such as a local club newsletter, NFFS Journal, FAC
Newsletter, etc. to be approved as an Official Dimer for FAC events."

While yours is a good question, I feel the answer is "no", but I will forward the question to the FAC-GHQ.

I thought all this was discussed (and answered) in the thread the OP started back in 2016.

This forum is well categorized. The answers are usually there, but sometimes its quicker to just ask away!

I've noticed the rule changed to require appearance in a recognized publication, but can anyone tell me when?
