Did NFFS ever release Dave Rees plans? I just downloaded their catalog and nada.... looking for the Schweitzer I-30, B-36 and 28'? Mr. Mulligan...  I have the T-28, Lacy M-10, Grumman Skyrocket and Puss Moth on floats...

Try flying-models.com . Someone bought the magazine and has been selling their plans.

Hi Gearup,

The Mr Mulligan (Dave only did a peanut and 24'' version) and Schweizer are available on outerzone (following his death, all his plans not sold through Model Aircraft were released or free use by his estate).

AFIK the B36 plan was only available from Model Aircraft.

If you search on outerzone with "Dave Rees," the result is 45 plans

Couldn't find his I-30 on OZ.  There are some by other designers though...
