KESTREL,  Ian Dowsett from England design that he flew to 11th place in the 1951 Wakefield World Championships in Finland.
My version is almost finished and I shall trim it when I get the chance.
I can use it in our Australian Vintage Rubber with unlimited rubber weight as in 1951, and also it fits USA Era one Wakefield rules but with a maximum of 80 grams of rubber.

Not bad Gossie - nice colours and finish. Good luck with it.

Thank you gentlemen, but the colours are getting thin on the ground.
My Esaki is getting close to being finished.
Ian had blue fuselage and fin, with orange wings and tailplane.
I find a red fin gets seen on the ground from distance so did that and added red to leading edges and propeller.
