Thanks for posting that. For the skeptical, I can report that the Javelin I built when I didn't have much experience flew fairly well. I used a somewhat larger prop, but the rubber I had wasn't all that good. The wood was heavy, too. I flew it in a gym a couple of times, with good results, but. ,was scaring the people with pennyplane and other light stuff. Can't say I blame them.

Somewhere, I think I have both kits, but I haven't seen them since my last move. For some reason, I like the silly box art and they sat on the sill of the living room picture window.
