To fight the boredom of the new covid-lifestyle, I’ve started building rubber free flight again. I forgot how much fun it is to just wind it up and let go, without the stress of piloting RC! Now, being much more serious about it(as well as a much better builder than when I was a kid), I want to make my own props. I’ve already made a serviceable (as in ugly but it balances) 11”, but now I want to make folders. Is the formula the same for a two blade folder, and the blades are simply chopped in half at the hub? What about single bladed? I’ve already found the instructions on making a compound hinge, but can’t seem to find anything on how to size the blades.

oops meant to post in rubber. mods please delete
