I have used Tamiya X11 Chrome Silver Acrylic, thinned and sprayed through an airbrush, and have been quite happy with the results.

Now I find Tamiya is no longer readily available in big 30ml (?) jars - now they seem only available in 10ml jars in UK.   This seems an expensive route, since even the familiar tiny Humbrol tins of enamel hold 14ml!

Can anyone recommend alternatives please, that are available in UK, to emulate silver doped fabric, when sprayed onto tap tissue, condenser paper, or foam?
