Nice atmospheric video as ever, Chris. Funny how I can smell it even on my computer screen!

I was there on the Sunday.

Being a barbarian, I was based on the RC flightline - although I enjoyed my extended wander over to the FF area, and I recognise quite a few of the models in the pics.

For what it's worth, I flew my scaled up (Keith Laumer) Zoomerang - much to the delight of the ebullient Dave Bishop.  It's enlarged to 51", and boasts a 1947 ED MkII (with RC carb).  It's a much proven flyer.

Tim,
Very atmosheric. Not sure why the pilot has his goggles up given the usual exhaust residue from the Mk! very reminisent of the Lympe trials. Obviously a very good day.

It looks very turbulent near  the FF launch area. Definitely a lot of game model flyers there. Thanks for the video Chris.

Good pics & video Chris, brightened up an otherwise wet & dismal evening.
