Hi All,
I am keen to get hold of a plan for Twerly Byrd. Apparently this was a design kitted for a time by Stan B but it is not in his present catalogue. Anyone out in glider land sitting on a plan for this ship? I am keen to take a close look. Also if there are flight reports out there I would be interested to read about em.
thx

Jim Buxton built one when they came out. He might have some info on it.

Larry Kruse wrote a kit review article in The National Free Flying Society Digest June-July 2007.
Larry commented, that the Twirly Bird most closely resembles the Spin-Up.
