Comparing this 1956 issue with those beside 40 years later, apart from the obvious differences, the underlying quality is exactly the same. Unbelievable drawings, be they model plans of any sort; or 3-views of airplanes, boats, rail stock, anything. And no single issue without one or two or more, all since the very beginning!
