Scale/ sizing info for printing

Boy am I ever going to mess up your dimensions. My tile printed copy came out as follows:

Stab Span: 8.94”………. I believe it should be 9.00” even.

Stab Chord: 3.00” ……. I believe this is correct.

Prop Radius: 3.96” …… I believe it should be 4.00” even.

Rudder max. width: 1.98” ….. I believe it should be 2.00” even.

Wing Span: 20.96” ………. I believe it should be 21.00” even, although the distortion factor of 1.01 brings it to 21.17”.

Wing Chord: 3.54” ………. This one has me totally baffled. You would think it should be 3.5” or perhaps 3-9/16” (3.5625”).

Some of the distortion is coming from the original scan and some from my printer. I calculated a 1.01 scale or distortion factor for the long direction of the drawing, except for the wingspan. The distortion in the long direction is fairly consistent, except for the wingspan, leading me to believe that most of the errors, if you want to call them that, are drafting errors; but, since this is not a scale model airplane, who really cares? Where you get in trouble is if someone has a printout that is 10 percent larger than anyone else’s, giving them an unfair advantage. However, you can control that by limiting the span (projected) and chord of the wing and stabilizer, the overall length of the motor stick, and the propeller diameter. Does anyone out there have an original print from an actual original kit? Supposedly A to Z got the original Comet drawings from Jack Fike. So who has them now?
