This excellent plans set is a work from a great Brazillian Modeller named Beto Glaser, from Curitiba - PR.
Hi is a great guy and shared some of his very nice works freely with the CL comunity.

Hey, good to have some clue of who he is. Is there some website that has more on him?

I did a quick search but did not find much. He was participating in a forum discussion on a C/L design in what looked like Portuguese.
