Hearn's Swift
Plan appears to have been downloaded a number of times and did start to build one until I discovered that the nose moment arm is far too long and with a plain bearing 2.5cc diesel it will require at least 50 grams of tail weight to reach the plan indicated CG!
Not worth building.
