Angelique - Great Aussie Stunter

I first saw this model flown in the late 1960's at Moorabbin Airport in Victoria, Australia. When the model was "Dead Stick", (motor stopped) the pilot commenced to do unlimited 1/2 flight circle consecutive "Lazy figure eights" using the light wind to give it the momentum to continue its flight. This Bird can glide and glide on no motor, that would be the envy of any "A2" free Flight modeller. This "BIG" model used a British Merco .35 for its power, doing 4-2-4 motor runs.
