Description: All sheet, profile, rubber power Pitts Special. Too cute! Designed by Dave W. Jones for the ola American Aircraft Modeller. If anyone out there has any others by this fine designer, I would love to see them.

This model flies surprisingly well.
A member of our SAM 8 club laser cut several kits of this exceedingly cute model and I was the "Beta Tester" for the kit. On its first flight it did a beautiful knife edge before cartwheeling into the ground resulting in NO damage! I did some adjustments for a right turn (right offset thrust and right rudder), added some weight to the nose, and it made two big circles before making a beautiful three-point landing. Every time I fly it, I get positive comments.
