Pre-Shrink the Tissue Paper
I built one of these several years ago, and I still have it. It R.O.G.s(rises off the ground) beautifully and stays up for perhaps a minute (I built mine heavy). If you don't pre-shrink the tissue paper before appying it, the wing will warp like crazy. This model is easy to build and it has a high cuteness factor. It would make a nice micro R/C by scaling it up to 16" to 18" span and adding an Ember brick and motor/prop.
