Classic

Another classic!

Apparently, building an I-beam wing is quite straightforward once you get the spar, leading edge, and trailing edge aligned in the fuselage: all the "ribs" are identical and you just need to cut them to size.

Covering needs to be stiff, most seem to believe that modern plastic films are too flexible.

WC '70 and '72

Bill Werwage was world champion twice with this model, in 1970 in Belgium and 1972 in Finland.
He was also WC in 2004 but with a different model, a THUNDERBOLT semi-scale.
