No objection to you reposting the Jack Sheeks plan I do object to you claiming you have restored the plan and re scaled it when the original scan was provided by 50+ in RC groups and I rescaled and cleaned it up at the request of Steve (WMD) at outerzone. Oh and by the way the version on Outerzone is 1.3 meg not 8.7meg thats just bloatware.

Thirdly file size is related to the quality of analysis and information.
