AMA Cub Unlimited
Description: This design was made by Gil Coughlin in the Northwest (Seattle). The idea was to hand everyone in the Boeing model club (BEAMS) an AMA cub and you could build any indoor model airplane configuration possible but you had to use only the contents of the bag of parts the AMA cub was sealed in for construction and you had to use the paper that came with the AMA Cub for covering.

Great Flying Model
I drew up the plans for this model by reverse engineering Gil Coughlin's original model, which I had borrowed from Keith Varnau. I flew this model in the 747 hangar and it easily went above the 80 foot level of the rafters. This model is very stable and recovers from stalls very quickly.
