This is no plan. It is hardly more than a three-view drawing.
It is way below the quality of yhe majority of plans posted here.

Generally speaking we do not reject plans based on the quality of the reproduction or the original content as drawn by its creator.

That said, you should see some of the few "plans" that did not make the cut.
