Description: A design from 1945. Originally for RTP (Round The Pole) flying, still flies well as a free-flight model. Known to have a little spiral instability, so you might want to build it without the under-rudder. Plans call for Obichi wood for some parts...Really?...just use balsa.

Lovely Little Flyer
I built one of these about 20 years ago after getting the plan form the designer, the late great Doug McHard. I only ever flew it free flight outdoors, it was a great little performer, it hasn't been flown for a good few years now but is still in perfect condition :)
