A few notes
Trimming is easier if the tanks are shortened from the scale length shown. Even if shortening Shim the back end to provide a washout effect at the tip. Use a piece of 1/16 scrap just behind the trailing edge of the wing. this will tip the back end of the tanks up almost 1/8". 1-1/4" diedral under each wing tip. Cut the flaps and bend them down slightly more than 1/16 and re-glue.
