Plan corrections and comments
The article calls for dihedral to raise the wingtips 3/4" each. However the root rib angle jig and the dihedral brace on the plans create too much of an angle resulting in almost 1.5" at each tip. Recommend not using the jig. Set the root rib manually and cut the dihedral brace to fit.

Regarding motor, wing, and stabilizer incidence. Article calls for 2 degrees upthrust. No other measurements for wing or stab incidence. Measuring from the plan it appears to be +2 motor, +2 wing, with respect to the stabilizer at 0. I set mine to 0/2/0 and she climbs pretty hard with increased thrust. I'd suggest going to 0/1/0 and then adding in more to the wing if needed.
