Flip Books

I use a public library machine for web access; it is configured in such a way that I am unable to open any of these.

I have never encountered them on any other sites, except outerzone.

I find it frustrating.

Yeah

AV / security will be blocking the .exe
That's how it is with Library computers . Also the Library computer may not be capable of dealing with a .RAR compression file .
Can you plug in a USB stick and download to that ? If not .

I suggest you visit RCLibrary .
Or possibly ...
The Magazine Rack .
Google also has a lot of magazine stored on their servers .
