the Scorpio never actually existed I drew those drawings up from a Jupiter plan I have the final finished master plan of one that I did for a guy who claimed that he had a Scorpio, somebody had taken the picture off from the site RC group and claimed to be an aeroflyte drawing, this is not an official aeroflyte drawing

NOT A SCORPIO!

The SCORPIO has full length ailerons which are operated through a standard aileron servo which is mounted at the centre TOP of the wing. This is why the removable fuselage canopy is set high above the wing. This plan is a forgery and not a very good one. I'm sure the plan draughts person made this plan in good faith but it's not accurate at all.

You need to get your facts right before shooting off opinions and claiming that this is a forgery when it I clearly stated that this is not an aeroflyte drawing. I drew it up for a friend of mine who said to me that he had a scorpio in the past. I drew it up to see if it looked like this. Please keep your comments to yourself before you know the true facts behind why I drew it up. Thanks

No, Pete has his facts right.
You have your facts wrong.
You said the Scorpio never existed.
You also said "...did for a guy who claimed that he had a Scorpio"
"claim" implies you did not believe that 'guy'.

Fact: It did exist.
It is in the 1978/79 catalogue.
You can see it here:
http://www.hippocketaeronautics.com/hpa_plans/details.php?image_id=10473&mode=search

Your drawing contains Aeroflyte logo's with no disclaimer on the drawing as to not being genuine. You may not have intended it to be made public, but now that it is out in the wild, whether you like it or not, it is in fact a forgery.
